BA 3100 Spring 2019 New Individual Assignment #4
OK, guys, I know that you already learned about SMART goals in Business Basics. However, from what I hear, some of you may have set, but not met, those goals. I think it is worth revisiting one professional SMART goal, working on it all semester, and then evaluating your progress at the end of the semester. As a new replacement assignment, I am asking you to:
· Review the SMART Goals presentation in the Individual Assignment #4 folder in eLearning.
· Identify ONE professional goal that you have. I don’t mean a personal goal like making more friends, joining more organizations, or becoming more fit. Those are great but I want to see you identify a professional goal. Here are some examples:
o Apply for a campus job (Good goal if you have never had a paid job of any kind).
o Apply for an internship
o Learn more specifics about the field you want to enter.
o Go to the CMC or Career Center to get FREE. career testing done to see what you might be good at and what interests you.
· Complete worksheet #1 in eLearning and submit it through TurnItIn by class time Feb. 27.

· Track your progress on meeting the goal. What hurdles did you encounter along the way, how easy or difficult was it, what insights did you gain, etc.?
· Complete worksheet #2 in eLearning and submit it through TurnItIn on 4/10 by class time.
· You must submit both worksheets to get any credit for the assignment. It is worth up to 50 points. If you only submit one worksheet, you will receive no credit for the assignment.英语作业帮写
